Uday Vaidya
Uday is the Founder & Managing Director of Resume Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. Before he founded Resume in 1993, he had a stint with the industry, where he worked across multiple functions like Manufactring, R&D, QC, Technical Services & Marketing. This was the phase of his life where he developed a penchant for motivating people, mentoring them, focusing on team achievements, etc. He had a strong urge to get into the area of his interest – HR. He decided to quit his lucrative job & started on his own.
Uday heads the Training & HR Consulting division of Resume. He is a renowned Corporate Trainer & is known for his unique style of conducting training programs. Till date he has trained more than 10000 participants from various organizations.
He is perhaps the pioneer of the concept of HR Outsourcing for SMEs. Way back in late 90s, he envisioned the need of HR department for SMEs.
Today, Uday acts as a mentor for the team of Resume. He delivers training programs for Senior Management participants & functions as the think – tank for HR Assignments executed by Resume.
Uday is socially active too. He has a passion for guiding people on ‘parenting’. He was instrumental in launching parents-teachers association in his home-town. He even supports people through personal counseling. He was the past president of Rotary Club of Thane Central & a member of Rotary District 3140.

Girish Tilak
Girish joined Resume as Director in 1995. Prior to this, he worked into the Commercial function of renowned organizations like Hotel Corporation of India (Centaur Hotel), UTV Ltd, Boehringer Mannheim Ltd., Sigma Laboratories Ltd.
Girish is a strong networker. His ability to connect with people, irrespective of their age, gender, educational or cultural background is commendable. He is gifted with the ability to link people’s names with their functional expertise. This has facilitated his growth towards becoming a well – known Headhunter in the industry.
Based on his experiences in the field of Headhunting, Rajhans Prakashan – a renowned Marathi Publication House has published a book titled – ‘Headhunter’. Written by renowned writer – Mr.. Sumedh Wadavala, the book has received appreciation from various people from all walks of life. In less than a year after publication, the book is running into its third edition.
Girish heads the Headhunting & Executive Search division at Resume. Till date, he has placed more than hundred professionals in senior management roles across different industries.
On the social canvas, he helps students in Career planning / counseling. He delivers lectures in various educational institutes & social organizations. He also writes a weekly column on Career Planning in the newspaper – Divya Marathi.He is the Ex - Secretary of Saturday Club Global Trust, an organization which promotes the 'Mantra' of entreprenuership in Maharashtrian community. Currently he is the Managing Committee member of Dombivli Granth Sangrahalay (Public Library)
