Girish joined Resume as Director in 1995. Prior to this, he worked into the Commercial function of renowned organizations like Hotel Corporation of India (Centaur Hotel), UTV Ltd, Boehringer Mannheim Ltd., Sigma Laboratories Ltd.

Girish is a strong networker. His ability to connect with people, irrespective of their age, gender, educational or cultural background is commendable. He is gifted with the ability to link people’s names with their functional expertise. This has facilitated his growth towards becoming a well – known Headhunter in the industry.

Based on his experiences in the field of Headhunting, Rajhans Prakashan - a renowned Marathi Publication House has published a book titled - ‘Headhunter’, Written by renowned writer - Mr. Sumedh Wadavala. This book is widely accepted by people from all walks of life. It is running into its 5th Edition now because of its popularity.

His major forte being Headhunting, over the last two decades at RESUME, Girish has travelled all around the globe for conducting a wide range of Headhunting / Executive Search in the areas of Manufacturing, Financial Services, Healthcare as well as Infrastructure sectors.

On the social canvas, he helps students in Career planning / counseling. He delivers lectures in various educational institutes & social organizations. He is the Ex - Secretary of Saturday Club Global Trust, an organization which promotes the 'Mantra' of entreprenuership in Maharashtrian community. He regularly takes ‘Networking Sessions’ for Entrepreneurs. He is the Managing Committee member of Dombivli Granth Sangrahalay (Public Library).

An alumnus of College of Engineering Pune, Prakash has completed Post Graduation In Finance and he is Member of Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor. Prakash has more than 35 years of experience in Project Industry and has worked with many organizations in a senior level position.  In his earlier assignment as a Director of one multinational Prakash was instrumental in developing the organization and built the team from scratch. Prakash has proven ability as team builder He is working with us as Director and is involved in strategic planning,  developing team to take new challenges and acts as mentor to team members.

Ganesh Naik

Ganesh is a widely experienced HR professional. He is a Post Graduate in HR and Business Management. In a distinguished career spanning nearly two decades, he has worked with multinational companies such as Lafarge, Siemens, Crompton Greaves, INNOVO Network and Essel Propack. He has held several positions of responsibility at senior management level in the areas of Human Resource Development, Industrial Relations, Management Development, and Business Operations. Ganesh’s skill set includes Strategic HRM, Performance Management, Recruitment & Resourcing, Talent Management and Change Management. He has successfully led major business acquisitions and Integration on HR front. He also holds the distinction of successfully integrating and managing a multi-cultural global workforce. He is currently associated with couple of start up companies and HR consultancy organisations. Ganesh is working with Resume as an Associate.
