Recently conducted a Unique training program for Mahindra & Mahindra’s Nasik plant. UNIQUE because the target audience was Union Leaders & HODs (together!) The objective (rather challenge) was to bring them closer as a TEAM. The program design was a blend of Outbound (Experiential Learning) & In-house modules. This 3 days' program went very well, was well appreciated by the participants & more so by the key people of HR & Management. What best recognition could be than immediate confirmation of another training program?

Currently assisting our Switzerland based client in hunting the right talent for their Senior Management level. Our ability to thoroughly understand client’s business & industry has enabled us to close two top slots in the structure. We are now working on the rest of the positions & are confident of closing them too in the defined time-span.
